Our signature drink fuses authentically Korean flavors with colors inspired by the fiery early-evening hues over the Han River that can be admired through the windows at cocktail hour.
Ingredients include Moonbaesool, a traditional liquor with a scent of wild pear. Herbs from our roof garden add an aromatic flair, and the cocktail is delivered with showmanship, including a flaming garnish burning red as a Korean sunset.
